LIUSHEN proudly presents SUMMER COLLECTION, a special exhibition of “K-artists,” curated by emoment under the management of LIUSHEN, and will be held at Space Ha:ru in Bangkok, Thailand from August 19 to September 10.

emoment has been discovering and promoting talented young artists within Korea and now seeks to extend its efforts by introducing K-artists to the international stage. Following the solo exhibition of Hanna Kim in February, emoment is now excited to present a group exhibition featuring the works of four exceptional Korean female artists: JooLee Kang, Nayoung Wooh, Chanmi Heo and Jimin Hong.

JooLee Kang tells the story of our lives, which must survive constant change, through detailed drawings of objects rendered in short, monochrome lines; Nayoung Wooh is well-known for her hanbok (Korean traditional attire) illustrations, which have garnered a large fan base both domestically and abroad; Jimin Hong solidified her “Wonderland” world with the meeting of Ho and Shine; and Chanmi Heo rhythmically expresses the landscapes and objects observed and experienced as she walks through the nature and her city. Each of these unique artists have gathered their works to be shown in one place. All are invited to join us in appreciating the diverse works on show at Summer Collection during the heat of summer. The collaboration between LIUSHEN and THE AREAM Co., Ltd., which has grown for trade business between Thailand and Korea, opened Space Ha:ru. This cultural space will help introduce rapidly growing K-contents including Korean artists to the audience from Thailand. More diverse projects will greet you this year.
